This specialty is the key construction major in the college. It cultivates outstanding legal talents who can master knowledge and skills of law, ethics and sociology, and are familiar with socialist law system of Chinese characteristics and relevant laws and regulations of national law construction, and have the ability of legal proceedings, legal document writing, and the legal services for the judicial and legal services.

Specialty Features：

●It is characterized by the vocational situational talent training mode with the core of post ability formation, and adopts practical teaching forms such as immersive experience, embedded training and group cooperative learning to cultivate senior legal professionals.
●This major sets up legal regulation, legal Practice, legal technology and other characteristic courses modules, and cooperates with the University of Manchester, University of Bristol, University of Sheffield, Liverpool John Moores University to set up pre-master courses, providing strong support for training high-level talents.
●Relying on the school moot court, Comprehensive Experimental Teaching Center of Legal Practice, and Experimental and Practical Training Center of Big Data Application, it jointly builds high quality practice and employment platform for the students with Shenyang intermediate people’s court, the free trade area in Liaoning province, Beijing Yingke law firm, Beijing Dacheng law firm, Beijing Zhongjie law firm, Liaoning Ketai law firm, Liaoning Junbao law firm, Liaoning Huaxuan law firm, and Liaoning Tongze law firm to build off-campus practice teaching base.
