This program aims to cultivate students who will become IT engineering and technical professionals in the fields of system operation and maintenance, software development, data technology, and Internet of Things.

Specialty Features:

  • This major is characterized by the implementation of the vocational contextualized talent training model with the core of job ability formation and the scientific research results feed back the teaching. Students complete the works of the subject competition during the learning process. Through the use of immersive experience, embedded training, group cooperative learning and other practical teaching forms, we cultivate students’ innovative thinking and engineering practice ability.
  • This major sets up special course modules such as robot ontology design, intelligent control, and operating system, and cooperates with the University of Manchester, the University of Bristol, the University of Sheffield, and the University of Leeds to offer pre-master courses to provide strong support for the cultivation of high-level talents.
  • Our major relies on the provincial key laboratory of humanoid football training robots of the school, Shenyang robot education science base, robot virtual simulation laboratory, machine vision laboratory, intelligent control technology laboratory, neural network and deep learning laboratory, etc. In conjunction with Liaoning Technology companies such as Fuchuang Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. and Xinsong Robot Automation Co., Ltd., we have established off-campus practice teaching bases to build high-quality internship employment platforms for students.

Entry Requirements

  • Students need to take the national college entrance examination, and their scores should pass the provincial undergraduate admission score basic line, and higher scores will be preferred.
